How do I request an extension to the course when retaking an exam?

If you're retaking an exam, here's how to get re-enrolled in the updated course for the next sitting.

Go to the Information page.
Fill out the extension request form. Make sure to use the email address from your original order.
Hit submit. Our system will verify your eligibility (see below) and re-enroll you automatically.

Note:

If you can’t see the Google form to request an extension, try another device if you're on a work computer that’s blocking it.

Extension Eligibility Requirements

Online Courses: You are eligible for unlimited retakes until you pass.
- This includes the cookbook & problem pack, part of the online course.
Cookbooks & Problem Packs: You are eligible for one free extension.
- After that, we have a Second Extension Discount of 50% to re-enroll.

Note:

After each exam sitting, we unenroll everyone from the course because we don't know who passed. If that happens to you unexpectedly, just follow the same steps above.
