At Rising Fellow, we fully stand behind our products. Below is our refund policy:

Refund Policy

All direct Rising Fellow refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The refund amounts determined are final.

Online courses purchased within 1 week of activation are eligible for a refund. The following conditions apply:

• No more than 20% of the course (including but not limited to Video Lessons, Problem Bank, Flashcards, Study Guide, Cookbook, High-Level Summaries, or a combination of any) may have been used.
• The full documents (Study Guide, Cookbook, High-Level Summaries, and Problem Banks) were not downloaded, since this is a digital product.

To request a refund, send us a message with your order number and the reason for your request.
