How do I pause my course subscription if I can't take the exam?

Online Course

The online course includes unlimited retakes, so there’s no need to pause your subscription if you find out you won't be able to sit for the upcoming exam (for example, you find out you need to retake a prior exam).

Note: After each exam sitting we unenroll everyone from the course, so when you're ready to start studying again, you’ll need to submit an extension request. That'll re-enroll you in the updated course.

Cookbook & Problem Pack

If you purchased the standalone Cookbook & Problem Pack, just send us a message letting us know you can’t take the exam. We'll hold your subscription until the next sitting you're able to take the exam and it won’t count against your one free extension.
