Why can't I see the course I purchased after logging in?

A few things to check:

  • Make sure you're logging in with the right email. The email you're logging in with needs to match the one on your order confirmation.
  • It might be an extension situation. After each exam sitting, everyone gets unenrolled because we don't know who will pass or fail. If that's what happened, you’ll need to submit an extension request and get back in.
