Who answers questions in the course forum?

Questions are answered by FCAS instructors who know the exam material inside and out and want to see you pass.

Forum access is included with the Online Course and is open through the exam sitting. It's not included with the Cookbook & Problem Pack.

Note: The course forum is not a tutoring service, so we have the following expectations for instructors and students:

Instructor Expectations

You can expect your exam instructor to actively monitor the course forum and answer questions in about 1-2 business days. We like to give some time to allow others to respond to questions as well.

Student Expectations

We expect students to attempt to figure out questions and concepts on their own using the study materials, source papers and searching past community threads before asking new questions. That's the best way to really learn it.
