Why aren't my videos or course materials loading?

The issue might be that your work computer is blocking videos from loading or may be running an older OS. 

If so, try emailing your company's tech support to see if they can help you or simply using a personal device.

Here are a few things to try:

  • Clear your browser cache. Stale cached data might be the issue. Clear it and reload.
  • Switch browsers. Chrome and Firefox work best. If you're on Safari or Edge, try switching.
  • Try a different device. If you’re on a work computer, try your personal computer or mobile device.
  • Disable browser extensions. Ad blockers and privacy tools can block video playback. Try disabling them temporarily.
